Our meeting point is in Pile area (Western entrance to the old town), by the local bus stop (not the gate).
This is the very last local bus stop when heading towards the old town, you literally get off the bus, look to your right and we are here.

If you are arriving by ship to the port Gruz, you can get a taxi at the port or local bus number 1 a/b or 3, it drops you off right at our m. point. The distance is about 3.5 kms, it's a 10 min ride.
Taxi costs from 4 to 20 € and bus ride (1 way) is 2 € per person. Taxi apps we suggest are: Plavi taxi, Uber, Eko taxi, Bolt or Cammeo.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the tour; no refunds thereafter. If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the tour, you are required to attend at the originally booked time. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour, we do not provide refunds. However, we will offer alternative tour options or reschedule your booking. It is important to contact us in advance if you are unable to attend the tour you have booked.

We do not engage in the sale or resale of entrance tickets. We only provide information about these tickets.Entrance tickets are to be purchased at the entrance to the walls/fort if you have not purchased them or "Dubrovnik Pass" in advance.
Please note that if you already have a VALID city walls/St.Lawrence's fort ticket or Dubrovnik Pass, you don't need another one to do our WALLS & WARS tour/COMBO tour or GAME OF THRONES tour (Walls ticket covers the fee for St. Lawrence's fort). You are welcome to use the one you have, it just has to be valid (used max 24 hours apart). Please remember that all entrance tickets and the Dubrovnik Pass can only be used once.

Please note that the purchase of an entrance ticket is necessary for visiting the walls/fort. These tickets are not included in the prices of our tours and are separate from our offerings. It is mandatory for all visitors to the walls/fort to obtain their own entrance tickets.You can purchase the entrance tickets on spot, or via their official webshop: https://shop.citywallsdubrovnik.hr/en. Alternatively, we recommend considering the "Dubrovnik Pass," which offers the same price but includes additional benefits. FOR WALKING TOURS: Booking is not required, but it is always good to book ahead, this helps us plan and predict our days better. Please book directly via our website, we have the best price guarantee and no third party commissions!

FOR SEA KAYAKING: Please note that booking for sea kayaking is required.

WALKING TOURS: English (all tours) and Spanish (Descubra El Casco Viejo, Juego De Tronos and Mini Combo CascoViejo&GOT). We offer all tours in other languages, but as private tours, for more details, please contact us.
KAYAKING: These tours are in English only.

All our walking tour guides are local enthusiasts, well educated fluent in the language that they are working in, in love with the history of Dubrovnik and are licensed by the Croatian Ministry of Tourism! :)

Please do, 10-15% tip is standard and expected!

Discover the old town is the only tour that is suitable for all.
All other tours are not the most convenient walk for wheelchairs, pregnant women or push-chairs, due to the stairs!
Kayaking is also not suitable for everyone, as you need to be able to paddle for 2 - 3 hours. Your arms must be able to paddle for 4-7 kms (depending on which tour you booked).

Daily tours run according to the schedule, all private tours can be offered at the time of your convenience.

Our tour groups can vary in size, depending on the specific tour and demand. While we cannot guarantee a specific group size, we aim to ensure a manageable group for an enjoyable experience. We strike a balance between creating a lively atmosphere and allowing personal interaction with the guide, aiming to provide a pleasant and engaging tour.We accept last-minute bookings, resulting in varying group sizes. To enhance communication, we provide headset devices for clear guidance. While we make efforts to accommodate large groups by assigning additional guides and splitting the group, it is not always guaranteed. Booking in advance is recommended for better organization.For a more personalized experience, we offer private tours with a dedicated guide exclusively for your group.

Children aged 0-11 are welcome to join our daily walking tours free of charge. However, it is important to note that all minors (0-18 years old) must be accompanied by adult(s) during the tour.If you plan to participate in a tour that includes visits to the city walls or the fort of St. Lawrence, please be aware that children aged 7-18 will be required to pay a fee of €15 each (as of 2023).For our sea kayaking tours, the pricing is the same for all participants, with the exception of children aged 5-7. One child in this age range is allowed to join two adults in the same kayak at no additional cost (maximum of 1 child per kayak).

To avail a discount, you can choose the Combo option, which offers two separate tours at a discounted rate. Additionally, if you are making a booking for a group of 20 or more people, please reach out to us for potential group discounts.Please note that we do not charge children under the age of 12 for our walking tours*. However, we do not offer specific discounts for students or senior citizens. The pricing for our daily tours ranges from 20 to 35 Euros per person, while kayaking tours range from 35 to 45 Euros.*Please note that the exclusion of charges for children under 12 may not apply to tours involving the city walls or the fort of St. Lawrence.

No, unfortunately we do not offer that.

FOR WALKING TOURS: Wear comfortable shoes, bring some water (we drink tapped water in Dubrovnik), wear a hat, some sunscreen and bring in a good mood! :)
FOR SEA KAYAKING: Bring bathing suit, sunscreen, snorkeling mask and a good mood, everything else can fit in a waterproof bags that you get to carry with you during the tour!

Please note that "COMBO" refers to a discounted package that includes two separate tours. The price reduction for each additional tour within the combo package is €2. This allows you to enjoy multiple tours at a discounted rate.

Our only requirement for a guaranteed departure of all our daily walking tours is to have a minimum of 4 people.In case less than 4 people turn up, on spot you'll be offered 3 options:
1.) to pay for additional tickets, to reach the minimum of 4; this way you might have a private tour at bargain price
2.) to come back at another scheduled time (again a min of 4 policy applies)
3.) to get a full refund (if booked with us; if booked via partner websites, then their cancellation policy applies)
Also, if a weather goes really crazy, we might cancel the tour. A reschedule or a refund will be offered in this case, but only if we cancel the tour. How will you know for sure? Contact us (click on the upper right corner).

We don't take any bathroom breaks during any of our tours. Please make sure to take care of this before the tour. Thank you.
